All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings and may result in account closure:
All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed before the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
All wagers are final once confirmed. Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation. It is the User's responsibility to verify all bet details — including stake amount, selection, market and odds — before confirming any wager.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each game or market and may vary. zc8888 reserves the right to apply stake limits to individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
A wager may be declared void in the following circumstances: manifest pricing errors; abandonment or cancellation of an event; technical malfunction that materially affects the integrity of a game or market; or any other circumstance that renders the settlement of a wager impossible or unfair. Stakes on void bets are returned to the User's account balance.
The results of games and sports markets as determined by the Platform or relevant governing body are final. zc8888's decision on settlement matters is final and binding. Any dispute regarding settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event's completion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zc8888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may result in legal action:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zc8888's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — including any wagering activity — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
zc8888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of wagering opportunity, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk. You access and use the Platform at your own risk and you are solely responsible for any losses incurred through wagering activity. zc8888 accepts no responsibility for gambling debts or losses, regardless of whether the Platform or its Services were a contributing factor.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be processed and any active bonus conditions resolved. Funds standing to the credit of your account at the time of closure (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and any applicable processing period.
zc8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zc8888 holds its operator licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint regarding our Services, you should first contact our support team by email at the address provided in Section 17. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full response within 14 business days. Complaints must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable Pakistani laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
